Inspection Overview
A home inspection is a thorough visual examination of the accessible structure, components and systems as detailed on the “Types of Inspections Offered” page. Furthermore, the inspection should be completed by an experienced and certified home inspector. Every En-Vision Property Inspection is performed in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. The inspection is intended to assist in the evaluation of the overall condition of the home as they exist at the time of the inspection and not the prediction of future conditions.
