  • Phone Number

  • Your email address (to email the appointment confirmation and to send the inspection report)

  • Inspection address

  • Square Footage

  • Year Home Was Built

  • Realtor Information

  • Proposed Day and Time of the Inspection

Please note: Weekend Appointments include an additional fee when finalized by the office.

Also, inspections that are more than 50 miles from our office may include a trip fee.

We offer a "pay at closing" option, called Flex Fund. If you choose Flex Fund, NO promotional discounts will be applied. (packages, previous customer, etc)
